Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using WildChildQuest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Accounts and Subscriptions

• Account Creation: You must be at least 18 years old to create a primary account and purchase a subscription. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your family's account.
• Subscriptions & Billing: WildChildQuest offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple/Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings.

User Conduct

WildChildQuest is designed for safe, family-friendly outdoor exploration. You agree to use the app responsibly, follow local laws, and ensure the physical safety of yourself and your family while completing real-world activities. We are not liable for any injuries or damages that occur while using the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the community or the app's infrastructure.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of any significant changes within the app.
